Property auctions in Porto

Every property up for auction in the Porto district: e-leilões, Citius and private auctioneers, in one feed. Analyse any property with AI before you bid.

We gather the Porto district's property auctions in one place: foreclosures in enforcement proceedings, insolvencies and tax sales, plus private auctioneers. For each property you can see the base value, the minimum value and the current bid, and, to decide with confidence, request the Relatório Licito: a due-diligence analysis with the Opportunity Score, a read of the encumbrances, the estimated market value and the true total cost (transfer tax, stamp duty, fees and works).

Frequently asked questions about auctions in Porto

How do I buy a property at auction in Porto?

Register on the source platform (e-leilões, Citius or the auctioneer), check whether a deposit is required (5% of the announced value in a sealed bid; e-leilões asks for none to bid) and bid within the deadline. Before bidding, check the encumbrances, occupancy and the property's true total cost: that is what the Relatório Licito summarises.

Are auctions in Porto safe?

A judicial sale is a formal process, but the risk is in the details: encumbrances that remain, an occupied property, debts or missing paperwork. That's why reading the case file before bidding is essential. The Relatório Licito does that reading and flags what needs attention.
